Supported by the Hylant Family Foundation, this 1,000-foot-long ice skating loop trail offers rolling hills and smooth curves for an exhilarating skating experience. Connected to the loop is a 5,000-square-foot skating pond with a traditional rink available for beginners and special events planned throughout the season.

The Ribbon at Glass City Metropark is opening its doors to the community this February for a limited, behind-the-scenes preview opportunity. This special preview event will offer an exclusive glimpse into the world of ice skating and is not to be missed! The capacity is minimal and advanced reservations are highly recommended to ensure everyone can experience The Ribbon’s unique atmosphere.
Visitors can purchase tickets for $8 for adults and $6 for children, including rental skates at the preview. Children aged three and younger skate for free.
