Located at 1521 Front St in Glass City Metropark, The Garden serves customizable wraps or bowls with protein options that include chicken tawook tips, rosemary chicken, shish kafta, steak tips, falafel, and grilled vegetables – braised lamb can be added for an upcharge.
Customers can then pick from two bases, such as mixed greens, arugula, spinach, kale, tomato cracked wheat, brown rice, and vermicelli rice. For toppings, there’s hummus, baba ghanoush, roasted garlic feta dip, fattoush, tabouli, three bean salad, Lebanese cabbage salad, crumbled feta, sumac French fries, caramelized onions, pickled turnips with beets, Lebanese pickles, pesto, and pickled carrots with radish and onions. Guests can also choose from a variety of sauces, including Lebanese yogurt sauce, lemon feta, cilantro vinaigrette, Greek dressing, tahini, pomegranate vinaigrette, garlic sauce, harissa, green goddess, and cauliflower puree.
