ABOUT NIKKI TEAM LEAD

My desire to help people achieve their goals led me to pursue a career in real estate. I particularly love working with first time home buyers, investors and assisting sellers get their home ready for market. I have made the Northwest Ohio Board of Realtors Presidential Sales Club every year since being licensed in 2018. In 2020 Property Spark named Nikki a Top 100 Agent in all of Ohio on Social Media ranking #74. In 2021 I was recognized as a recipient of the Presidential Sales Club award for selling over $4.5 million dollars in real estate. In 2021, and over $6.5 million in 2022.  I was ranked a top 100 agent in the Toledo area, became a social media content advisor for The Modern agent blueprint mastermind and a  speaker at the 2022 Level Up Women led Real Estate and Entrepreneur Collaborative I have been blessed to help well over 100 families achieve their real estate goals! In 2022 I was awarded the role of First Vice President for The Women's Council of Realtors Toledo, and The Membership Director for 2023.

I currently reside in Perrysburg, Ohio where I have lived for the past 7 years. I am blessed with a 13 year old daughter and 2 bonus sons who are 17 & 16. When I am not selling real estate, chances are you will either catch me at one of the kids sporting events (gymnastics, cheer, volleyball, baseball, bowling or golf) or on vacation or partaking in outdoor sports myself (softball, golf)

My favorite thing about my job is helping sellers get top dollar for their home. Assisting a first time buyer accomplish the goal of being a homeowner, seeing families upgrade to their forever home, and just building great relationships with everyone I work with. My previous experience and knowledge of the industry made the decision to become a realtor a no-brainer.  As an experienced designer who grew up in a family of real estate investors, my knowledge is incredibly vital to my clients.
